Quotes and booking

How do I get a freight quote?

Use our online quote form, email us or call 24/7 dispatch. Include pickup and delivery cities, dates, equipment type, commodity, pallet count and weight. Most quotes are returned within a few business hours.

How far in advance should I book?

For standard truckloads, one to three days' notice is ideal. We can often cover same-day and next-day loads, especially in the GTA, so call dispatch if your freight is urgent.

What information do you need to book a load?

Pickup and delivery addresses, appointment times, equipment type, temperature setpoint for reefer loads, commodity, pallet count, weight and any special instructions. For cross-border loads, also your customs broker's details.

Do you broker loads to other carriers?

We are an asset-based carrier and haul freight with our own trucks and drivers. If we ever cannot cover a load ourselves, we will tell you before anything is arranged.

Equipment and services

What equipment do you operate?

Late-model highway tractors with 53-foot refrigerated trailers and 53-foot dry vans. See our fleet page for detailed specifications.

How many pallets fit in a 53-foot trailer?

Up to 26 standard 48 × 40 inch pallets on the floor, depending on pallet size and loading pattern.

Can you provide temperature records for reefer loads?

Yes. We can download the reefer unit's temperature history for your shipment and send it on request.

Do you offer less-than-truckload (LTL)?

We specialise in full truckload. For smaller shipments that need a dedicated trailer, such as temperature-sensitive or high-value freight, contact us for a quote.

Cross-border

Do you haul freight between Canada and the US?

Yes. Cross-border trucking is a major part of our business, with regular lanes to the US Midwest, Northeast and beyond.

Do I need a customs broker?

Yes. A licensed customs broker handles clearance. We coordinate with your broker before pickup so paperwork is filed before the truck reaches the border.

Tracking and billing

How do I track my shipment?

Call or email dispatch any time for a live update. We also send proactive updates at pickup, at the border and on delivery.

When do I receive proof of delivery?

Signed proof of delivery is sent with your invoice, usually within one business day of delivery.

What payment terms do you offer?

Approved business customers receive standard credit terms. New customers may be asked to complete a short credit application.
